We are always trying to be better here at Brytor. We do make the occasional mistake but it's how you handle your mistakes that defines you as a business. Here is a great review from a recent client even though there were a couple little issues that should not have happened.

When they said on the phone that they wanted to move the whole house this isn't quite what we thought.

Good morning Stephan, Thanks for the invoice. I will instruct my bank to make the payment, so this should arrive with you by Monday. Is it possible for you to send a receipt of payment when the funds are received? I will be needing something as proof of payment for my records.... Also, please pass on my thanks again to the team who came to pack my items - I was extremely impressed and pleased with their professionalism and hard work throughout the day. Thanks in advance, Nicola

Big, small and abnormal. We can move it all. We spend most of our days looking after our customers needs which are all different and make the job very interesting. We recently had a request to move a Totem Pole as part of a large household move and wanted to share this with you. This Totem originally came from BC and is carved out of a solid piece of western red cedar measuring over 12 feet tall and weighing in at a hefty 4,000lbs. It has been quite difficult to find a dry pe...riod for the move, having had a very wet May and June it has proved a problem selecting a day where it is not going to rain and has not rained in the preceding 3-4 days. A 65 ton crane was needed to move the totem and understandably would have sunk into wet ground. The lift was scheduled for this afternoon, but with heavy thunderstorms forecast alternate dates were being looked at. Mother nature had decided to provide rain for the next 5 days running up to the closing of the house so it was now or never. The crane operator was able to reschedule the lift for the morning giving us a brief window for the lift before the rain came. The crane was positioned at the front of the property with the crane arm reaching back 100 ft to the rear patio. The Totem was slung and lifted along the side of the house, with the whole operation being completed in just over an hour. This was just in time, as can be seen from the sky line the rain was not far off! We have four other large Totem sculptures from inside the property which will be coming into storage, together withpart of the home contents, we have moved the balance to a temporary residence. The customer plans to be back in BC, so the next journey for this guy could be back home. If you have an unusual request from a customer we can probably find a moving solution.
