This past Thursday night the Brighton Speedway Kart Klub revved it up one last time for the shortened 2020 racing season. A season high 57 karts rolled in the pit area in hopes to chase that last checkered flag as the leaves begin to turn here in south eastern Ontario. Great job to all our Kart Racers! We have been so fortunate to get in the races that we have given the circumstances of this season. Thank you to those who continue to support racing especially in these difficult times. Kids you are all awesome! Brighton Speedway Kart Klub was back in action this past Thursday night, as we near the end of August and with only a couple of dates left on the Karting schedule. 53 karts signed in the back gate as drivers and crews prepped their machines to get ready for battle. There has been a bit of confusion, but we are racing THURSDAY, AUGUST 20th

As our far from normal summer rolls on here in southeastern Ontario the Brighton Speedway ramped up for a big week under the mid-August sunshine with karts back in action on Thursday night and racecars hitting the big track for the 2nd time this season on Saturday night. Please when sending E Transfers, include your name, your child's name and your entire crew names. I have a number of e transfers that are coming in, along with emails, text messages, Facebook messages on four pages/groups so I am trying to manage it the best I can.

Threatening skies all day in the Brighton area, had the Brighton Speedway track prep crew on high alert trying to push through and get the show in. A rain delay at intermission slowed the racing action for a short time but great work by the Speedway crew and officials to repack the track back in and get the features on the track.
