We love that our Chef's Table Dinners give our Culinary Team a chance to show off their creativity! This dish was inspired by Chef Daniel Humm and his New York restaurant, Eleven Madison Park. Our Chefs served this roasted duck with scallions, leeks, egg and blueberry duck jus. Interested in joining us for our next dinner? We are so excited to announce a new event series called Cooks in The Kitchen! We invite you to join us in our kitchen where our expert Chefs will teach you to cook from scratch. Our first class will be pasta making on Thursday March 12, 2020! Starting at 6pm, our Chefs will take you through the process of cooking delicious and fresh pasta from start to finish. Once you've mastered this Italian art, you'll be seated at our Chef's Table to enjoy the dish you just created. Ticke...ts start at $65.00 per person, or we have a $160.00 Couples Package which includes two tickets and a bottle of red or white wine to share. With a different class each day, we've got plenty of fun options where we will teach your kids how to cook from scratch, and they'll have the opportunity to take their delicious goods home.
