we are welcoming the new year with another closure due to a province wide lockdown from December 26th-January 9th. clients that have appointments that are affected by the closure will be contacted by us individually to plan your rescheduling. if we all follow the guidelines, this will remain a 14 day closure only.. we are asking you to follow the rules (whether you hate them or not) and be safe over the holidays so that we can get back to work quickly. plans for studio pickup of online orders following the holidays will be released after Christmas once we make a plan. thank you so much for your continued support and love! studio hours will remain the same this week and last chance to pickup orders is Dec 23rd at 7pm.

so, today came with news of another potential closure as of Christmas Eve. we will still be in full operation this week, so don’t panic! we will be closing for christmas on December 23rd at 730pm. the details of the Ontario lockdown will be released tomorrow (Monday) at 12pm CST. in anticipation of this without knowing the fine print, we have temporarily disabled our online booking for the month of January. you are still able to hop on and edit any appointments you have a...lready booked and can book appointments as of February. once the details have been released, we will be individually contacting any of our clients that may be affected to reschedule them in the most timely matter as possible. we will pivot our business again. we will continue to provide you with the most amazing services and products and we will do it happily. 2020 has taught us how strong our community and client base is and we couldn’t be more thankful! cheers to sticking together through some crazy shit.
