Youth activities happening this week at the Nukumi house!! Tuesday - Soap making 4-6pm! Thursday - Sewing 4-6pm!

Tomorrow Aug. 27th, we will be having a bbq for our youth to celebrate the last bit of summer! It will be from 12-1pm, there will be and ! **The winner of the summer prize basket will also be announced tomorrow during the bbq!**

Reminder of this week’s upcoming activities Tues - sweet grass picking, meeting at 1pm at the Nukumi house! Weds - outdoor movie theatre 1-4pm ... Thurs - baking/cooking 1-3pm *reminder to attend as many activities as possible to have your name entered in the summer prize basket draw, the draw will take place on September 3rd!!*

**Tomorrow August 18th, at the Nukumi House, we will be having an outdoor movie theatre The Angry Birds 2 movie starting at 1:30pm!!! Come down find a spot on the grass or picnic tables and enjoy some popcorn and a movie!!!**

Good morning everyone! We will be having a BBQ next Tuesday at the Nukumi House in Buctouche. We are looking forward to seeing everyone. Invites will be delivered to everyone in the community throughout the day today.

The National AAROM Meeting Steering Committee is organizing a concurrent Virtual AAROM Youth Gathering, on February 11th, 2021, to provide a forum for Indigenous youth (ages 15 30 years) to come together and learn about current or planned initiatives by the AAROM network and discuss if they meet their career aspirations. This virtual youth gathering is a great opportunity for Indigenous youth and early career employees to get exposed to AAROM programs and aquatic resource and oceans management.
