A different view of Budd Gardens that a lot of our customers will not be familiar with..everything put away for the winter.

We have finished moving and covering our potted plants for overwintering. (Your looking at about 100 hours of backbreaking work). We first cover with a perennial blanket and then a sheet of plastic to keep winter rains out. Next spring we do everything in reverse.

CLOSED FOR THE SEASON Budd Gardens has had to adapt to changing times and consumer wants throughout its 109 years in Blackburn Hamlet, but never so quickly have we had to make such drastic changes as this year. I am pleased to report that we had a successful season after opening May 11th with a new website and offering online/curbside pickup only. We certainly had our doubts but thanks to the wonderful support from our customers with their purchases, patience and understanding, Budd Gardens is still here. We were supported this season by staff who took up the challenges put forth by this pandemic. Thank you to everyone, be safe and see you in the spring.
