In reflection of the past 10 months, 2020 has pushed all of us outside of our comfort zone as we navigated this uncertain year! One thing is certain as we enter 2021 next week - all of the challenges of 2020 have made us stronger for the experiences we have endured. We have had to modify our day-to-day business operation and adopt practices that are outside of our norm. With the Government imposed provincial widespread lockdown going into effect at 12:01 am December 26th, 202...0 we will move back to curb-side pickup only, effective on Tuesday, December 29th. This move will be in effect until at least January 23th, 2021. We are continuously following Public Health and provincial guidelines to help guide us in our decision making processes. It is our goal to keep our customers and our staff safe while still providing you with the services and products that you need. To this effect we want to limit contact with our customers as much as possible (for everyone's safety) so we ask that if you are able to load your own vehicle then to please do so. We also understand that not everyone is able to do so. Our employees will be following safety protocols that we have put in place if they are required to assist you in loading so please ensure that there is ample room in your trunk or truck bed for your purchase as we will not be loading into backseats and we will not be moving items that are already in your trunk or truck bed. We will be accepting orders over the phone and by email. Payment can be made over the phone by credit card or by etransfer. Debit payment can be accepted by tap through the front door. Please be advised that sometimes an etransfer takes a bit longer to clear. Please plan ahead for your needs and give us notice when possible to process and pick your order. Orders can be called in to 519-833-2002 - if no one answers please leave a detailed message and we will return your call as quickly as possible. You can also order by sending an email to [email protected]. Don't forget to add our email to your address book. Regardless of how you place your order you must receive a confirmation from us that it has been received - verbal or by email. We will be closing at 1 pm on December 24th and will be closed on the 25th, 26th, 27th and Monday December 28th, reopening for curbside pickup only on Tuesday, December 29th. Our hours of operation will be 9 am until 4 pm weekdays and 9 am until 2 pm on Saturday. Hours of operation are subject to change at our discretion.
