Portabella Mushrooms on bbq instead of a big the boys are eating! Delicious! It’s been a plant-based good kind of week!!
I made this yesterday in the crockpot, fast but good. Just add some wild rice or quinoa at the end of the day and it’s good to go.
What a great way to spend A morning preparing Whole Foods while spending time with a friend! We made two kinds of soup, muffins, ginger cookies and energy balls made from whole plant-based shake mix.
So my friends, I have neglected this page for quite some time, but I am back! Life challenges often get in the way of what we really want. What I really want is to keep you inspired to build and maintain health in your body everyday by eating clean Whole Foods, exercising, sleeping well, and having fun!! So I hope that while I am trying to maintain this for myself and my family, that I can do the same for you through recipes and information. There are so many amazing recipes using Whole Foods!
