Here is a deck we framed, and did the piers and big foots. It getting dura decked today. Over 44 sheets of 3/4" plywood and two 25 ft steel beams.

It's not easy changing structure on a old, especially when your replacing 26'feet of exterior, load bearing wall. Our crew makes it look easy. Stay tuned for updates!

It's been a busy week with great progress in tors cove. Couldn't do it with out such a great crew. Gotta love our framing,roofing, and siding bundles. The roof on this house never had a drop of rain hit it before it was shingled.

Been a busy couple of days, tors cove build is moving along, and the second houses second floor is almost capped in logy bay.

Great week in Logy Bay! Second floor is on, exterior and interior walls are framed and stood. Roof trusses should be ready for Monday. In the mean time we're moving next door to frame the main floor walls of our other project. Couldn't have done it with out our great team of people. Have a great weekend everyone, be safe.
