Built a couple custom live edge fireplace mantles out of mill cut slabs for a customer. Got orders for another mantle now 8x8x70" I can use the Hovr shelving system to mount in into place and can support well over 300lb. Did another bathroom renovation. The area was originally a utility room with hot water tank and water softener storage area. It was plumbed for water and sewer drain. We then framed in space and the tank and softener were moved to storage to the right of toilet. Lowther Electric wired the room and the shiplap was installed after. Ripping out grapes and leaving the existing posts and wire (except for cordon wire). Tedious work but will save the owner way more in the end. Just a replant is required.and new lower cordon wire.
