Using a toothpick, poke holes in the lining. It helps slow the pour of the soya sauce, so your rice isn't sitting in a pool. Helpful for kids who want to pour it themselves.

Tonight's supper, brought to you by Epicure. With our busy hockey season ahead, I wanted to make a nice meal before the chaos started. Roast beef seasoned with Rosemary Garlic, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.... Mushroom and onion gravy made with Savory Herb Gravy and the beef drippings and Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Roasted potatoes, pre steamed in my Multi purpose Steamer and seasoned with Herbed Garlic Sea Salt and butter. Yorkshire puddings. We all licked our plates clean!
