Bishop's University Department of Politics and International Studies 25.10.2020

Great news amidst these difficult and troublesome times: So proud to announce that our 2019-2020 Bishop’s NMUN delegation has received two (!) highly competitive Position Paper awards! The Bishop’s delegation was to represent Senegal at this international simulation engaging over 7126 people ( of which, 6,353 students delegates), to be held last week in New York. Although the gathering was cancelled, the papers sent by each delegation were assessed. Our delegation made remarkable group work this year again and bravo to the two teams who received the awards: Camille Cournoyer and Maia Lugar, representing Senegal ( and Bishop’s!) on the Human Rights Council and Duncan Crabtree and Khalida Faqiry, on the UNESCO committee!
