Remember the proper size -- approximately 18 sqft/person for a sit-down reception. The Right Spot -- think of the view, the slope of the land, and stay 10' away from any buildings. When will my tent be installed and items delivered? We generally install wedding tents on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to give you enough time to set up and decorate. Dismantles are scheduled for Sundays and Mondays. Burke's Tent Rentals strives to be flexible and accommodating, while keeping in mind what is possible for our crew to do in a day. What size of tent should I rent? Different types of events require different amounts of space. For example, an average sit-down dinner reception with buffet tables, bar area and maybe a dance floor will need 15-18 sq ft per person. You'll need approximately 1800 square feet to host a dinner reception for 100 people, a 30x60 pole or frame tent would be recommended. Contact us for info.

When should I book a tent? It is best to reserve a tent as soon as your guest list has been determined, to ensure availability. Tents and other rental items are booked on a first come serve basis. We recommend making your reservation early to avoid disappointment. Contact us for info.
