The food pairing with our Jackston Triggs Sauvignon blanc last month was the Spring Asparagus Salad and here is what one of our members wrote: I wanted to tell you that I made the asparagus salad at home and loved it. I didn’t have any toasted sesame oil, so I substituted tahini. Because our family likes it spicy, I also added a couple of drops of chili paste (sambal olek) which just made it sing. The second time I made the dressing, I cut back on the vinegar and spread the paste on top of salmon that I baked in the oven. This one has been added to my go to list. Thank you for sharing.
