Cdr. Mike’s Memo to all Members and Friends Spring is in the Air, albeit really late. What a winter. I was born and raised in Vancouver and my webbed feet have never been this wet or cold. With winter now behind us the cherry blossoms are popping out all over and the tarps are finally coming off the boats. October also saw the National Conference held in Vancouver. PMD was the host of the event and Jenn was Chair of the Decorating Committee with yours truly assisting. The Conference was a huge success from both the social aspect of the event and to all the various meetings. So much was discussed on activities occurring across our nation.
