Well yesterday was a bitter sweet day for us, as we had to say bye and HAPPY RETIREMENT to Deb Limlaw. This year marked 25 years since Deb first started with Wood Works of Renfrew, and she has been a vital member of the team ever since. She was so eager to volunteer to come out here to Burnstown and help when we decided to open the second location in 2018, and she’s played an important part in our successes here. For our regular customers we know you will miss seeing Deb an...d hearing her voice on the phone, almost as much as we’ll miss working with her. Thank you so much Deb for your years of service, you’ve treated this place like your own and words don’t express our appreciation. We’re going to miss you tons, but we wish you all the happiness in the world as you embark on this exciting part of your life! Be sure to come and visit us

SO EXCITING!! We’ve missed having you guys in the store! And with the announcement that our area is moving back into the Green Zone, starting tomorrow you’re allowed to come in and shop in person! Please continue to respect all the Health and Safety procedures including wearing your mask, sanitizing your hands upon entering the store, and maintaining your social distancing.... We will be continuing with our current hours of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm for the time being. We are hoping to extend back to our normal hours of 7:30-5:00 during the week as of February 22nd but will certainly keep you updated. And of course if you’d prefer to continue with curb-side pickup you can still do that, feel free to call us ahead of time and we can get your order ready! From all of us at Burnstown Castle Building Centre we wanted to wish everyone a safe and very happy holiday season. Merry Christmas! We are open on Christmas Eve from 7:30-Noon for anyone looking to do last minute shopping and will reopen with curb side pickup on Tuesday December 29, 2020.

UPDATE RE: UPCOMING LOCKDOWN As we're sure you've heard by now, Ontario will be entering another lockdown starting December 26th. For us, this will mean operating on a strictly curbside pick-up and delivery basis. Customers will not be able to enter our store until the lockdown is lifted by the Provincial Government. But you will be able to call, email, or DM us with you orders so we can get them ready for you to pick up or have it delivered! This will be effective starting T...uesday, December 29th when we are back after Christmas weekend (our Holiday Hours are remaining the same at this time). We are still evaluating whether any changes will need to be made to our operating hours after the holidays - but we will update you again as soon as we know more about that!
