We hope everyone weathered the storm. Our power is out and phone line is down, so we cannot answer calls right now. Please leave a message and we will get back to you soon. Cleanup has started and crews are working. Please be patient with them while they work.

We hope all of our family, friends and customers are safely tucked in out of the storm. Our crews will be working with NSPI to restore power, once it is safe to be out. Our crews are currently standing down. We ask for your patience in responding to calls and requests once the storm has passed. We are experiencing a larger volume of calls due to the storm and we will respond as quickly as possible. If you have trees down near power lines, please stay away from the area, even if the power is out, and contact NSPI and report it. We work alongside utility crews to restore power safely and unstable trees and power lines after a storm should only be safely removed by qualified NSPI contractors and line crews. Please stay safe and monitor changing conditions in your area.

The phone technicians "are working" on resolving the issue and we do not have a timeline when we will have our service fixed.
