So you are scared to start a martial art because your 28 and by the time you reach black belt you will be 33. Whether you start or not, in 5 years you will still be 33. The Bushinkan dojo has openings in the Adult program. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 - 9:00pm. On Thursday night I went on a bit with the kids class about saying "I can't ". Here is a fantastic example of what you can achieve simply by not giving up. What if this gentleman had said "I can't " chop wood.
