It seems like so long ago now with all the is happening in the world, this is an interview I did with Brian Keith after coming back from Kilimanjaro. As a business owner, I have sought to automate and systematize in order to give myself the freedom to go on crazy adventures like this. Time away like that makes me a better leader and clears my head for what is next. ... If youre new to working from home.. It took me many months to get used to working from home. Ive had friends tell me that I must be so "disciplined". I dont ...think I am particularly disciplined. What I did do is create a routine. I am at my desk most days by 8. It became a lot easier once I gave myself a routine. I truly believe its better once you get over the hump. I think in-person meetings and going into the office are great when they have a purpose. I dont think forcing people to sit at a desk from 9-5 every day is good for anyone. Working from home forces us to be more productive and clear with what we are going to accomplish.

Many clients are concerned about being copied, I get it. At the same time its important to focus on where you are going, they will always be catching up. Beyond putting processes in place to protect your intellectual property, its often not worth the energy.

At Business Tech Ninjas we believe that business is a source for the betterment of the world or it can be. We practice this internally and also work with our clients to use tech to decrease stress, increase sales and increase flow. We have promoted LastPass as our go to password tool for years. After mounting frustration from both myself and the team, we are switching. I am tired of being told to clear my cache and that the errors are our fault. I do not feel that LastPass actually listens or is actively improving their tool. I dont expect perfection from a software but I want to know that they care. I want to know that they are committed to working the bugs out. Switching password solutions SUCKS but i want to work with companies that get it. @dashlane
