Mask policy update and reminder. As of November 27th it is now a rule that masks are to be worn in the club and while working out. Please help us by cooperating with this new policy set forth by the Government of Saskatchewan. See the video below for more details.

After 25 years in business, it is now time to move on to a new chapter. I have a lot of great memories and have met a lot of great people. I want to thank all of my customers who have used and enjoyed the fitness centre over the years. I look forward to continuing to serve you along side the new owner, Shilow Bennett.
