We were informed today that insurance premiums FOR ALL people doing SNOW CLEARING is going up due to lawsuits of property damage and injury . So we will be adjusting our rates accordingly , and those who have already signed on with us will get the rate agreed upon for this snow season FORTUNATELY FOR US ! We’ve NEVER had any claims , so we are proud to see insurance companies stepping in to make it difficult for those who try to claim ODSP , OW , EI , et...c ,to undercut legitimate business while collecting from the system . This year we are full again (as we have never had any issues ) and are required to log ( which we’ve always done ) every place we do clearing at AS A PERSONAL SERVICE MESSAGE TO ANYONE SEEKING A SNOW REMOVAL PERSON OR COMPANY , do yourself a favour and ask your snow removal person or company if they have insurance , and a log of clearings , this is to protect them as well as the property owner .
