Bad news for Busybee, but good news for shoppers. Busybee will be closing at the end of June - that means the 40% off everything is on until we close. The store hours for the rest of the month are as follows - Monday June 8 until Saturday June 13 - every day 10 am - 5 pm. Saturday June 20 - 10 am - 5 pm. Saturday June 27 - 10 am - 5 pm. & Sunday June 28 - 12 noon - 4 pm. Hours will be limited for the last two weeks, so make plans to come in next week for the best selecti...on. Almost all displays, shelving, security mirrors etc. are for sale. If you own a store or know someone who does - come in and check things out - you might find something and you definitely will like the prices. Noahs great idea to donate our hair to make wigs for cancer patients. Im very proud of him and Im happy were doing it as a family, but we are also challenging as many people as we can get to come into Busybee and sign up to do this with us. Over the next year we hope to get together a few times to see how the hair growing is coming along and to share the experience with one another. Here we go again, more new items just in time for Christmas shopping. We have teddy bears with Montreal Canadians and Toronto Maple Leaf sweaters on them as well as Franklin, Caillou, Max and Ruby plush. We have a few new items from the Disney Frozen movie. A Fun-Tiles craft and some Tattoos and Stickers. Lots of fun and delicious Christmas items as well. Two Elf on the Shelf games and a selection of chocolates and other stocking stuffers. I thank those that share these posts and I look forward to seeing everyone in the store.

Whats new at Busybee? Spot It games. Great games for the whole family. We now have the Disney Frozen version as well as the NHL and Alphabet ones in stock. Gobblet game is a fun game for two people. In this wooden game you must connect four of your colour pieces to win, but theres a twist - come in and well let you know. We also got in an Anna doll from the Disney Frozen movie and a Fun Tile craft from that same movie. Olaf, also from the Frozen movie came in a minute before I was going to post this message.

October 25, 2014 is Small Business Saturday. Across Canada - Small Businesses will be participating in this special day. At Busybee we will be trying our special word promo again. More new items at Busybee. I know that this item isnt new on the market, but its a new item for us. Its a large Rainbow Loom Kit. It has 2200 bands, 100 clips, 1 loom and 2 hooks. Great fun that will last for a long time. We also got in some Halloween TY Beanie Babies. Spiders, Cats and Bats. Cute little item to get the kids to cut down on the candy.

New items just came in at Busybee. I know its early, but the Playmobil Advent Calendars and Christmas items are in. As well as a few new Playmobil items from the regular line. Quantities are limited, so if this is something you are looking for, please come in as soon as you can. We also got in some new TY Beanie Babies. Teenager Mutant Ninja Turtles, Spiderman, Halloween, Christmas and several new ones from the regular line. New Moshi Monsters are here also. We have the 2 pack, a 5 pack and new bigger 20 pack. Great present for Christmas.

We will have a booth this Saturday for the B.A.B.I.E.S. Expo at Branlyn Community Centre between 9 am - 3 pm. If your expecting a baby, just had a baby or are thinking of having a baby, this is the place to be. There are lots of things happening that day - and admission is only $2.00. Come a see what this great event is all about.

Here are a few things we sell at Busybee Toys and More. The first item is new to the store. Its called - Just Add A Kid Bibs. The bibs are 100% cotton with cute bodies on them. A must see if your looking for a gift for a baby. Second is Jack in the Box. We have the original Jack as well as a Sock Monkey version. Both are tin and play that music we association with Jack in the Box. Third is a small sample of the many puzzles we have in the store. Disney Frozen, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Spiderman and Toopy and Binoo are favorites for the little ones. Last is the Paint Your Own Pillow Cases. Made here in Canada they are lots of fun to do and can offer comfort at bedtime.

Great new puzzles just came in. The Spiderman and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are a 48 piece puzzle that come in a tin lunch box. The Disney Frozen one is a 46 piece Floor Puzzle and finally the Toopy and Binoo one are three 24 piece wooden puzzles in a wooden case. Fun puzzles - Fun characters!!!

Squap is a new fun product that uses ping pong balls that you launch back and forth and try to catch them in the paddles that you velcro to your hand. A bit hard to describe, but a lot of fun to play. Noah is also holding Ice Cream Maker. Actually you make slushies in it. Use your favorite juice in one cup and you put ice and salt in the other - shake and youve got yourself and slushy to enjoy.
