Every now and then turn off the news and find joy in your needlework and knitting. The calming effects of needlework can help you get through stressful times. Create a sacred corner in your home where you can steal away, quiet your mind, and focus on something positive. Get to that project you've been meaning to do, compl...ete what you have in progress, or start something new. Remember to get some sun on your face, focus on gratitude, make sure to beathe, and take care of yourself and your family...we will all get through this together.
