SOCCER SEASON UPDATE REGISTRATION CHANGES: Smithers and Telkwa House and Development Programs... Registration for the upcoming season (May and June 2021) will start March 22nd and end April 11th. All families that want to participate in the upcoming season need to register by April 11th. Happy New Year Soccer Families, We hope this email finds everybody well-rested after the holiday season and ready for the next adventure. SOCCER SEASON UPDATE from the BVSS Board... Due to BC Soccer COVID-19 restriction, BVSS board has cancelled January-March Winter Academy. We are in full swing planning our upcoming season for our House Program, Development Program, Soccer Academy and Summer Camps that runs May to August so please watch for advertisements on registration and any changes that might occur. We are on the lookout for volunteers to help with pre-planning, so if you can help, please email us and let us know. We still have to fill some key volunteer roles in refereeing, volunteer tracking, registration and field lining. Thank you everybody, please stay safe, healthy and active.

What a great evening of soccer for the U16 and U18 group on Monday night (image above). Registration is still open if you would like to join this group. The U8/U10 and U12/U14 groups also launched the first league game on Friday night playing some competitive but fun soccer games. For the U8/U10 age group (2010-2013) we have just secured more gym space and have 3 spots available. Email [email protected] if you would like to join, first come first serve.... To those volunteers that helped us get this program up and running, we received amazing feedback from the players and parents so thank you very much for all your help!

We have been able to expand our Indoor Soccer League and offer the program for the older U16 and U18 players as we received many requests and support from coaches and volunteers were high enabled us to do this. Please see the registration details below... it’s starts on the 26th so hurry. As we wanted to get the program up and running quickly, we are closing registration on Saturday, October 24th. We are working on securing gym space for the U6 division as we have also ...received requests for this division.
