I share this recipe, delicious Potato Breads with Cheese, typical of southern Chile. Ingredients: 7 cooked potatoes like puree 120 ml vegetables oil. salt.... 400 grams flour. Cheese to fill. Put everything together with a wooden spoon (because the potatoes will still be hot). The dough should not stick to your hands. Once finished you start making small breads and you can add cheese in the middle. 400 oven for about 25 minutes. Simple, easy and very Yummy!!!
