We were there when their kitten paws pitter-pattered excitedly across the kitchen floor, and we are there now when the grey fur outlines their eyes and the pitter-patters are softer and less frequent. The love we have for our senior cats has no limit. Our lives are enriched by them, and we owe them the care they need to stay healthy and free from pain. November is National Senior Pet Month. Have you scheduled a checkup and consultation for your senior cat?

Rabies comes in many shapes and sizes, and can be carried by many species- including cats! Protect your family and your pets! In Ontario, bats and raccoons were the primary carriers of rabies in 2019- and those animals love urban areas. Indoor cats come into contact with infected bats, so it’s important to vaccinate your cat against rabies. Ottawa Public Health requires it! Make sure your cat up-to-date on the rabies vaccine! #WorldRabiesDay
