It’s great to be back! | We are happy to announce that our studio has reopened! (This photo is from before times.) Below are the measures we have taken for a safe return for everyone who enters our studio. While things may look a little different, our excellent design work hasn’t changed. LIMITING STAFF ON SITE We have instituted shift work to facilitate physical distancing in studio. ... GUESTS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY All guests to studio will be by appointment. This includes any sample room updates. INCREASED CLEANING AND SANITIZATION We have introduced daily sanitization protocols and trained staff on rigorous hygiene. PHYSICAL DISTANCING 2 metres distance from others is maintained at all times. Bring your masks if you are coming in the sample room. OCCUPANCY LOADS Each area has a set maximum occupancy. HAND SANITIZATION / WASHING Both are located throughout the studio. DAILY HEALTH CHECKLISTS Everyone must complete one. And if you are feeling sick or have travelled outside of Canada in past 14 days, stay away. CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES A designated drop off and pick up area is located distances away from others. ENHANCED SICK LEAVE Staff must stay/ work from home if not well. NO SHARING OF FOOD No food sharing or food gifts will be accepted at this time. See more

We have been paying close attention to the Government of BC’s guidelines on how to stay safe during COVID-19, and are happy with the news of moving to the next phase of opening our Province. The safety of our team and our guests to studio is paramount. We are actively creating our policies about what our workplace will look like when we return physically to the studio, while keeping everyone safe. We’ll post an update soon on what that looks like in the days to come, but fo...r now we can safely assume the studio will be open in some form sometime after May 19th. Please note that our studio is temporarily closed in response to COVID-19. Our team is still working remote from their homes. Please reach out directly by email or phone during business hours if you need us.

Technology allows us to be social but apart. We are observing physical distancing and working from the safety of our homes. The studio is closed for deliveries until further notice. But our teams are open for work and communication. All meetings and contract administration are being done over the power of the internet. Let’s be in this together to flatten the curve and save lives.

We believe in doing what is best for humanity and flattening the curve on COVID-19. Until further notice, we will be operating our studio by crucial appointment only with a very few at the office to accept deliveries. All non-essential meetings have been postponed and/ or are being held via teleconference. We have mandated to keep distance of 1-2 metres for people at all times and to avoid site visits where this cannot be maintained and where proper hand washing is not available. We are all still working, albeit from the sanctity of home. We are working hard on your projects and timelines and promise you the superb product that you can rely on from us. Trust science and those agencies who are working so hard to protect those in society who need our love.
