This guy, Owen Barlak, deserves recognition as the young energetic man behind the scenes at C-Tow Comox. He is 15 and this was his 3rd year as deckhand, he has great ideas and good work ethic. We no longer call him "Gilligan" as we did the first year. Way to go Gillies!!
