Took a trip today to get some live edge slabs from Jason's wood, super excited to get to work on these, the 3 large birch slabs will be a countertop package & the thick hemlock is going to make a terrific mantel

Snow day is a perfect time to finish up this desk. The red oak top started out as a old workbench, added some solid Ash for the legs and some nice birch plywood for the cabinet with a filing drawer. Now it's ready to be set up to work at home.

Just finished up a vanity, all that's left is to install the hardware and put it to use

It's also been a busy season in the wood shop, re-using some of the old windows I've been replacing, saving them from the landfill, making kitchen helper stools & some Christmas tree decorations

Cedar singles installed of a house & baby barn. The home owners had a terrific start of the whole project, just needed a little help to reach the finish line. Still a few spots to paint and touch up but a fun project overall.

Beautiful rear deck I did late this summer, aluminum railing system

Replacing a front entry step, all the lumber was salvaged from a pool deck that was build 4-5 years ago after the pool collapsed

Refacing a deck with composite and installing custom aluminum privacy screens

Siding Replacement

Replacing some poorly painted vinyl siding and adding 1 inch of foam board

Fun little job for a sunny morning updating some lattice to a clean fence board skirting

Finished up a siding job that the home owner started and ran out of steam on, everything was already well installed, just had to put the finishing touches on

My first deck of the year, I see many summer evenings spent by the family out here enjoying their view

Removed an upper cabinet peninsula to really open the kitchen area

Replaced 2 sets of stairs and a small rear deck, all were rotten and well below code. This was a tough one as winter hit the day the footings were put in.

Finished up a garage for some customers with the final touches, soffit and fascia

A complete exterior renovation on a camp, found loads of ants, replaced all the exterior sheeting, re-insulated the entire building. Installed new windows, doors and siding

A little finish up work for a lovely family building their home. Floating live edge counter in the washroom, install a set of kitchen cabinets & add railings to the builder decks
