closed because of local government inrerference, to benefit local council buisnes interests and resentment.( see conduct unbeacoming of a councillor (Huntsville forister) not in the local paper because of newspaper ownership involvement in town council.

In the end the fire marshals office agreed with the floor sweeper made fire prevention officer, that a tiki grass and wood structure is safer over a grill than a metal roof. They win! All creditors loose. ( and a councillors building remains rented with any competition out of the way.)

After what the town of bracebridge did to us we have moved and will never spend a cent doing anything in that town. Which they won't care about as they like it just yhe way it is..... does anyone know if there will be a bidding process for the bird mill building? I heard there is a million dollar project to restore the historic building. There is a rumer Cheryl Kelly's husbands company mcfarland? got the contract? I was still hoping to get a bid in if there is a bidding process.. please let me know how to bid on this project.

I really don't think two small for sale signs on a seventy foot wide eight thousand square foot building is excessive.Bracebridge has a higher than normal rental and for sale vacancy rate resulting in a lot of for lease and for sale signs, including on the many buildings around town owned by a Councillors family. They have signs on some that are posted on a long term year round basis. Alot of retailers have their buildings and businesses for sale but for obvious reasons are still operating but with no signs. Selling the building is in yhe towns best interest why would they make it more difficult to sell?

Not bad enough the town killed our buisness but now they have fined our realestate agent for having too many for sale signs on the front of the building. Too much.
