Open for Business! Thank you to our ice rink hero's for making this community ice rink a reality. Be sure to sign up for a 30min skate at The Wink at Winchester FB page!!
Sharpen your ice skates neighbours! Congratulations to the community volunteers who came together to build Cabbagetown's first natural ice rink! Spearheaded by Trish Finkelstein and sponsored by Mark Michelin at St.Jamestown Steak and Chops our neighbourhood now has another outlet to burn off some COVID energy. The new rink...which has been named "The Wink" is located at Winchester Park.... All info about the rink can be found on the rinks Facebook page: The Wink at Winchester There you will find an online sign up schedule, rules and everything you need to know about getting out and enjoying a skate with your family. *You must sign up and reserve your skate time* It takes a Village to start up and keep community initiatives like The Wink going. The volunteers and donations from members of the Cabbagetown Community never ceases to amaze. Stay warm, stay safe and...have fun!
