I read an article recently about how so many women do not have the time or take the time for self care...and more importantly is that we mistake things like going for groceries alone, having a bath, as self care. We are so many things to so many people, especially right now when you may be homeschooling, working full time and trying to make everyone else’s lives a little brighter each day that you put yourself last. So try to do something for you this weekend. Buy YOURSELF flowers Sunday if you need to! Sleep in on Family Day. Read a book. Leave the laundry. Order dinner in. Love yourself
