CACHE Supervision 11 March, 2020. We had a good turn out for our lunch time Supervision! Conversations started with a report about Tad Hargrave's Marketing for Hippies workshop. Sounds it is a worthwhile investment for yourself and your business! We also talked about recognizing your own limits and knowing when to refer a client. Some of the other items brought up were discussion around trading hypnotherapy for other services or products, online bookings, and session packages and rates. We also discussed how to proceed with a couple of clients (thanks for the advise!). To wrap things up, I did a demonstration of Michael Watson's crystal ball strategy. Notes from Supervision Nov.4/19 Some of the thoughts/ideas that came out of our discussion..... 1. re:supervision - would like a noon hour supervision option, and keep the groups smaller so that there can be better discussion, 2. Social Media Marketing Workshop - CACHE hosted one a couple of years ago, maybe time to do another? 3. Interesting marketing ideas - contact a business that offers a Wellness program for its employees and see if they would be interested in including ...your services as a part of their program.....check out available grants to provide programs wellness programs/workshops to the public 4. Finally a philosophy I thought was very interesting - treat for wellness, not just to get through a crisis.....something to think about! I hope there is something here that sparks your interest or motivates you to move in a new direction! See more

We had a great Supervision last night! We discussed a couple of concerns about specific clients, and shared some really exciting marketing ideas! I have some new plans to get started on, so thanks for the sharing! We also had some suggestions made to make Supervision more accessible so I will be bringing those forward for the Board to discuss! Would people be interested in having non-client related notes from Supervision posted here? Let me know!!
