A good day starting the flooring. Oh and that island will not be staying!

Managed to get a lot done today. Kitchen base cabinets installed after removing all the subfloor. All remaining carpet up in the living room and the stairs (which was fun) now ready for new flooring which we’ll tackle tomorrow.

Got the stairs completed at the cabin today along with most of the floor joists. A bit more framing to do then on to the siding

Framing has begun at the cabin. A little difficult to fully appreciate how it’s going to look when it’s finished, but the objective is to create useful space and storage space at the same time

Cabin finally to lock up. Siding now ordered and internal framing can now get started
