Dear Patrons, Due to the latest developments on COVID-19, the Toronto Public Health had issued recommendations to bars and restaurants in the city to halt dine-in service and move exclusively to take-out service only. Enlight of this, Cafe Pho Nho will adhere to the recommendations and will continue to serve our customers through take-out service and delivery only.... Beginning March 18, our temporary business hours will change to opening from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM (close on Tuesday). We will be providing take-out and delivery service during this time. Please stay safe, and thank you for your patronage.
