In this week’s RVT celebration, we bring you Lori! She has also been with us since 2008. Along with working in the lab and in surgery, Lori also really enjoys emergency medicine. Over the years she has played an active part in Champlain’s charitable events, being our team leader for things like Dragon Boating and Walk for the Cure. At last year’s inaugural Cupcake Day, where the proceeds went towards helping out a local shelter, she and her daughter Olivia jumped at the chance to be part of our baking team! This week in celebrating our Veterinary Technicians we bring you Megan.. She’s been with us since 2008. In addition to spending her time between both working in lab and pharmacy as well as up front in reception, you’ll find her involved with some of the more creative aspects of Champlain. Much of the displays you’ve seen around the office, as well as some of the social media content, has been a product of her quirky creative mind. Known around here as the ‘cat whisperer’ (or just ‘crazy cat lady’) she can be found at home with her two cats Maddox & Juno.
