Cake-Nip

Brownie cupcakes.

Made 2 loaves of Apple Praline bread.

Homemade gooey chocolate sauce to go on my yummy cheesecake that just came out of the oven. :)

Chocolate cake in a Cup Delicious and healthy too! 1tbsp plus 2 tsp cocoa... 3 tbsp spelt flour (or all purpose) 1/8 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 stevia packet (or 1 more tbsp sugar) 3 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil 3 tbsp almond milk (or milk of your choice) 1/2 tsp vanilla Combine all dry ingredients and mix very well. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook on high in the microwave for 60-80 seconds. Top with confectioners sugar or my personal favorite a reeses peanut butter cup. Enjoy!
