Leila's birthday was a hit! She LOVED her horsy cake!

Rhubarb cupcakes are my new favourite!! Even if I am mad at the frosting :)

Vegan Vanilla cupcakes got a positive review! :) Now on to rhubarb cupcakes with fluffy frosting! Any flavour suggestions are welcomed!!

I'm trying out a new recipe for vegan cake/cupcakes. I'll let you know how it turns out!

I'm very excited to try using modeling chocolate instead of fondant for a completely vegetarian alternative to fondant. It should be a nice alternative for those who find fondant to sweet.. Now all I need is a reason to bake!
