Trying lots of new trends lately, This is called butercream pallet knife painting. It's based on the same movement of oil painting... I think I may be in love with this technique! *now if only I could learn how to take better pictures...

This was my first attempt at a macron tower, I learned a lot... Personally I was not so pleased with it but the customer loved it and I know it tasted amazing!

I just love making pastries puff pastry and short crust tart both filled with pastry cream all made from scratch, so yummy!

I just love this simple clean elegant christening cake with a hint of peach, I'm so sad I did not get pictures of the cookies that went with it they were beautiful

I fell in love with this new trend in cakes, the beautiful water like effect on top is made with rice paper. I just love the way it looks, there will be more cakes like this to come! I get so inspired when given creative freedom to design something special.

This little pug is all ready to party with his tiny edible grad cap on!

My grandkids would be so proud of this one, they love their slime. This fun slime is made from white chocolate ganache, so yummy!

I loved making this T-Rex cake using edible images makes a cake so realistic looking, so glad I invested in a printer that uses food color to print on sugar sheets!
