We all start somewhere right? For me... I’ve been creating wedding cakes since 2007! Back in the day with no YouTube or online tutorials just& Really the only way to gain experience back then...was working in a bakery or going to school! .... My decision...enroll in pastry school for a year! Where I trained under a master pastry chef! The knowledge/experience gained from this professional environment was life changing! . Most wild iris are blue or purple. ...
