Hello Gymmies Nation, We are back! As per the provincial announcement, our community will be moving back into orange, thus, Gymmies can reopen our recreational programs beginning Tuesday February 16, 2021. ... All Rec programs will resume on the same day and times as usual as of Tuesday Feb 16. Session 2: Sunday Nov 15, 2020 and ran a span of 5 weeks until Saturday Dec 19, 2020. Session 2 Continued: 5 weeks starting Tuesday Feb 16 Mon March 22, 2021. Week 6: Tue Feb 16 - Mon Feb 22 Week 7: Tue Feb 23 - Mon Mar 1 Week 8: Tue Mar 2 - Mon Mar 8 Week 9: Tue Mar 9 - Mon Mar 15 Week 10: Tue Mar 16 - Mon Mar 22 Gymmies is thrilled to have our programs back and will continue to work within the provincial guidelines to provide physical activity to our surrounding communities. Hi CG Families Premier Ford announced today to mandate another province wide shut down from Saturday Dec 26th at 12:01 am for 28 days to Friday January 22. -Wednesday Dec 23 will be the last day of training in 2020 for all recreation and competitive members. Unfortunately Christmas camp members from Dec 28 & 29 will be refunded through Gymmies online registration system to their origin...al payment method. -approximately 3 weeks of evening/weekend classes will be missed this session due to this shut down. -these missed classes will be made up by a combination of extra hours each week when we resume or by an extension of the current session by 2 weeks. -the shut down does NOT include Gymmies Roll Call (after school program). It is permitted to resume when JK-grade 8 children return to in-school classes Monday Jan 11 as usual. No Roll Call classes are operating during the mandatory province wide virtual learning week of Jan 4-8/21. -Premier Ford also said that the covid-19 cases will be assessed for each region during the mandatory shut down. Our region is Haldimand Norfolk and remains in orange. It is feasible we could reopen earlier possibly when elementary children return to school on Monday, January 11. Many regions like ours with covid-19 cases not in red or grey are frustrated that lockdown measures are province wide. -Therefore, we will put final scheduling plans into play once we know more in early January. -As always, we support all measures designed to keep our athletes, coaches and supporters healthy during these unprecedented times. All evening/weekend classes missed this session due to this shut down will be made up by an extension of the current session.... The shut down does NOT include Gymmies Roll Call (after school program). It is permitted to resume when JK-grade 8 children return to in-school classes. Therefore, we will put final scheduling plans into play once we know more in late January/early February. As always, we support all measures designed to keep our athletes, coaches and supporters healthy during these unprecedented times. We appreciate our members and community. Hello Gymmies Nation! Here is a look at our Christmas Schedule for Dec/Jan 20-21. All Caledonia Gymmies recreation programs are closed from Sun Dec 20, 20 - Sat Jan 2, 2021.... SUN Jan 3, 2020 will be our first day back. Christmas camps are running Dec 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, and 30. 8:00am-5:30pm Ages: 4-12 years $45/day/participant Hope our members are enjoying their time with our club this session.
