Caledonia Contracting

Tis the summer of stairs, decks and fences. Forming up a base for some new stairs at a heritage house in Kitsilano.

It appears it's Deck Season. This Deck had some serious rot that needed fixing. Stripped deck down to framing, reinforced joists, corrected slope and installed new plywood. Vinyl and trim finished off afterwards. Railing and paint to follow. Stay tuned.

Finished off this Cedar Deck recently. The perfect job for Summer. Once paint is done I'll post more pics.

In the Kitchen, we decided to keep the cabinets, but replaced the counter, backsplash and sink/faucet with new. Before, during and after photos.
