Since my election in 2015, my office has issued a yearly calendar that is delivered to every house in the riding. Normally, the calendar features pictures of ev...ents which have occurred across the constituency. For 2021, I would like to try something a little different. With your help, I would like to include student artwork. If you have a child in grade six or below, have them draw a picture of their favourite season, activity or special place. Once the picture is done, you can submit their artwork for the calendar. My office will randomly select at least 12 pictures from the submissions for inclusion in the calendar. Students, parents or teachers, can take a picture of the art and email it to my office at: [email protected]. Kids can submit as many pictures as they like. All submissions must include the students name; age; grade; school; and the email or phone contact for a parent or guardian. We will contact the parent or guardian for permission if the art work is chosen for the calendar. All submissions must be received by November 6th, 2020. Children whose artwork is accepted for the calendar will be notified by email.
