We planted over 100 daffodil bulbs in the fall, specifically going for deer resistant varieties as deer are regular visitors to the garden. The bulbs dont seem to be totally deer resistant as there have been a few casualties in another area of the garden, that said it is very encouraging to see so many coming through. We are hopeful we are going to see a host of golden daffodils

If youre a thinking about growing some garden or patio, Tomatoes, Peppers, Chillies etc from seed you may want to think about getting them started. We are trying Jiffy Pellets in non Peat Coir and the standard Peat ones. These are great for people like us with limited indoor space!
