This amazing custom lake house is still in progress but coming along so beautifully! She's gonna be a stunner!!

This reno was one of our first big projects when we started Caleo Construction. This was a duplex that we reno'd and combined into one gorgeous ranch house. The part that makes it so special is that Ryan actually lived in this duplex when he was a young kid. He even found his sisters red banana seat bike, still in the basement. The pictures aren't the best. This reno was done back in the days of Iphone 4's and some of these photos were taken from actual paper photographs. The quality of these pictures may not do this house justice but this reno was too special not to share.
