Currently looking for a skilled carpenter or team to work on some decks. This is a townhouse complex with 40 decks to do, front and back. Ground level with st...eps going down. Composite decking needs to be removed, repair any framework and put new composite decking down. Decks are 8 feet wide by 3 feet deep. Front of the decks are stairs going down. This project has 4 decks ready to start now. Each deck pays roughly $850. If the works is good, more decks will follow until the project is completed. Must have all tools and transportation. Great time of year to be fixing things indoors, but don't forget we are taking orders now for vinyl fencing, which should start in about6 weeks or so.

Looking for an experienced person that can help with two 8x12 composite decks, and then move to a new jobsite for cabinet installs in a four storey building. One deck was started yesterday but still lots to do. You will be working on these projects with another installer. Must have some experience, tools and transprtation.
