Some Facts We have returning members from C&DCL who confirmed the following facts 1. They were under the "false" impression as passed by C&DCL president Sabeel Khan that ACC will replace ACA as PSO 2020. THIS IS A LIE. ACA will remain PSO 2020. 2. There are active court cases against Cricket Canada and ACA. THIS IS LIE> There are NO court cases active currently C&DCL 2 executives - are spending over 10-20% of the money collected from teams to travel to appeals, apply for ba...seless appeals, market such things, travel to different cities trying promote 'documentation on cricket' (i can't stop laughing at this).... the money they owed to ACA - they probably spent on documentation for cricket 3. Infact C&DCL has lost 50% of it's teams. 4. CCCB will get inland large and westwinds as ground for 2020 for hosting games 5. C&DCL fee has been tripled over 3 years under presidency of Mr Sabeel Khan 6. C&DCL kept 70,000 CAD that they owe to ACA for season 2016 and 2017. This money has been lost (where did it go in 2018) 7. C&DCL did not buy all ground permits for 2019 - and they plan to reduce it even further because they don't have money - Your feed will go up with them again More facts for cricketers for season 2020: 1. No inter-city , manmeet or john ross will be organized by C&DCL. 2. CCCB will be organizing inter-city, manmeep cup, john ross 3. we will be organising Alberta cup for city of red deer, clubs of calgary, clubs of edcl, city of fort mac and GP. 4. we will organize CC events and ACA events 5. we will organize Bash T20 Alberta. 6. C&DCL will not get the privelage of any such event. 7. no NEW ground. no Repairs on pitches. 8. Infact one of our members told us that C&DCL spends over 20000 CAD in - ground maiintenance, score card maintenance and giving paid money to once volunteer jobs Do we as cricketers have to spend 1000 CAD each year? Think about your family time and financial burden you put on yourself. Gone are the days we used to put 400 as our fee at C&DCL Please stand united against 2 members who actively saying they "don't care" about cricket. they play cricket on papers - how much documentation they make you do for completing games. (it's like a school) Quality cricket is dead. Moreover 1. City of Calgary statement: They don't care about 50 over cricket, it doesn't align with their policies and future plans. They will not entertain requests to book 7 hours time slots. They will work on shorter format of the game. 2. City of Calgary will be keeping a close eye on ground permits and they are utilized - and avoid ground hoardings.

Guys some facts to understand... 1. Multiple members of C&DCL cricket leagues have approached us to join. We have been very clear on that approach. Apply for joining the league and you will be accepted. ... 2. We are a member of ACA and Cricket Canada. There were multiple requests submitted in SDRCC by Alberta Cricket Council (ACC), and they have been DENIED with authority every single time. There is no lawsuit against Cricket Canada from ACC or against ACA from ACC. There can be no such lawsuit - because you have to have legal basis. A group of 2 individuals calling themselves a PSO will not be entertained by CC or ACA or as a lawsuit. NOTE: SRDCC is not a court of law. 2 members from C&DCL (only 2) : keep using "court cases" as a magic word. SDRCC appeal and a civil lawsuit are 2 separate things. 3. Alberta Cricket Association is and will remain the member of Cricket Canada for years / decades to come. This is NOT changing 4. ACA was approached by Cricket Canada that members of C&DCL want to mediate with ACA. ACA under presidency of Salman Khan - agreed to mediation however the following facts remain that C&DCL is a legitimate defaulter league with conflict of interest with ACA and Cricket Canada. Only "certain" members of C&DCL refused mediation. 5. ACC and C&DCL executives have LOST multiple appeals and multiple "lawsuits" against Mr Salman Khan. Next - they are "openly" targeting his family. He has kids, wife and parents - that are "openly" being been targeted by Alberta Cricket Council and C&DCL executives. Only 2 members namely: Sabeel Khan and Shahbaz Saadat are actively working on such roadside - garbage - agendas. 6. I hope members of cricket community see this and choose the right side. 7. Calgary Cricket Council was actively identified as league of thieves and crooks by Alberta Cricket Council and C&DCL. Some members from that group are now active members and executive of ACC and C&DCL. So where did the crookedness go now - joined another set of crooks called ACC and 2 executives of C&DCL. 8. A very recent submission to SDRCC (no court lawsuits) - just appeal... from C&DCL is that they want to rejoin ACA and their expulsion was incorrect. Their entire appeal start from Salman Khan and ends with Salman Khan. We at CCCB have over 100 members. ACA has over 900 members. All are in sync that C&DCL should have paid their dues, but only 2 members of C&DCL says that 900 people are crooks and the 2 executives from C&DCL are the right individuals. please think and ask us the questions if you have doubts - we will openly answer questions. Do not hear the lies and believe them ....
