My Process and Policies! I can create you a custom item weather it be clothing, de or, etc! Message. Me with what image and product you wish for and I will try to accommodate! All items are Custom and require a 50% deposit to be paid up front, Once payment has been received, your item can be made. ... Accepted forms of payment are EMT (Email transfer), or cash. Large orders can negotiate credit card payments. My current turnover time is one week! I will always try to accommodate for item's needed sooner, but I may be fully booked and unable to. I do Mock up designs for custom order’s and design will be sent for approval. I want you to love your product so we will make it perfect, there is a charge for mock items or samples. If you would like a mock up before you order, this is deducted from your final total. Try to send deigns as clear as possible. In most cases design will not be exact but I will try to create as similar as possible. All sales on custom item’s are final. If there is an obvious flaw with an item, I must be contacted within one week of the item being delivered local Calgary delivery is available free for orders over $100. Pick up in SE Calgary Cranston Area. Most apparel item’s are able to ship letter mail, which is the cheapest option at $3. Letter mail does not come with tracking or insurance. If you choose letter mail it is under your own risk. Out of city delivery to be discuss d case by case. Tracked shipping within Alberta is a flat rate of $12.
