From Canada FASD Research Network: Fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (#FASD) affects approximately 4% of Canadians. It is a lifelong disability impacting the brain and body of someone exposed to alcohol in the womb. There is no known safe amount of alcohol to consume during pregnancy. If you're #pregnant or trying to get pregnant, choose mocktails over cocktails! If you’re looking for inspiration, try this Virgin Cucumber Gimlet. Our Communications Coordinator takes us through the recipe in this short tutorial http://ow.ly/FoJT50COtQZ #12DaysOfMocktails
