Yesterday's adventure included an exciting walk, as these Grade 2 students happened upon a fort in the forest. Near our campus, we are lucky enough to have some beautiful green spaces. Our students love the opportunity to have an outdoor classroom on days the weather permits, and we love watching the excitement on their faces as they discover something new! : #JeSuisCFIS #Wanderlust

As part of our affiliation with @UNESCO, each year our Grade 2 students learn about sustainability through a unit on water. They are asked to bring in empty 4L jugs to be filled with water, then walk laps around our schoolyard as a way to experience what it may feel like for those members of our global population who must travel to find a water source. This event always provides perspective for our students by letting them "walk a mile" in someone else's shoes. : To learn m...ore on water sustainability, please visit https://www.worldwaterday.org/ : #WorldWaterDay #WalkAMile #JeSuisCFIS Photo from 2018 See more

Grade 7s in wicked 80s gear; Grade 8s as far out 70’s duds; ...
